Welcome to the Leading with Purpose Symposium. Presented by the Center for the Study of Higher Education (CSHE) at Penn State University, this two-day virtual symposium is designed to enhance the ability of academic administrators to provide leadership within their respective institutions. We focus on topics that are both timely and essential. Now more than ever, academic leaders who wish to be catalysts for organizational change must be prepared to articulate and advance those goals with clarity and conviction.

Through presentations, dialogue with peers, and engagement with leadership and scholarly frameworks tailored to the higher education context, participants will have the opportunity to move away from daily pressures and reflect on their values and commitments as academic leaders.
